Challenge
The goal was not another chatbot prototype—it was a production-minded conversational product with secure data handling, a stack teams could extend, and a release path that did not depend on manual deploys.
Approach
I architected Chatbot AI end to end: TypeScript and Next.js on the front, Go services behind the API, PostgreSQL for persistence, Redux for predictable UI state, and Material UI for a polished experience. Docker containerization and a Jenkins CI/CD pipeline keep environments consistent from development through deployment. AI accelerated exploration of prompts, edge cases, and implementation drafts—every shipped behavior was reviewed and validated before it counted as done.
Results
A full-stack AI application that demonstrates how I work: ambitious scope, engineering judgment on top of AI speed, and delivery discipline that matches what I brought to BCI—where retention improved 15% on products I helped ship.
